OUR STORY
Our Beginning
Calvary Chapel Fort Worth is a non-denominational church fellowship affiliated with the Calvary Chapel movement that was started by Pastor Chuck Smith. In the Fort Worth area, Calvary Chapel began March 13, 1992 as a Bible Study in the home of Bill and Becky Quinn. At its inception, four people came together for fellowship and study in God’s Word. At their second meeting three people received Christ. On February 21, 1993 Calvary Chapel had its first church service. After just two years, it had outgrown the facility and moved to its present location.

Our Senior Pastor
Pastor Bill received Christ on a Florida beach in 1977. He attended Calvary Chapel Las Vegas from 1979 until 1984, when he moved to Texas to begin full-time ministry. In addition to working in the Christian concert industry, this is Pastor Bill’s second church to plant for the Lord. He has traveled abroad and in the United States teaching the Word of God.
